1. Eligibility for Returns

• Only damaged, defective, or incorrect products are eligible
• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused and in original packaging

2. Non-Returnable Products

• Discounted and clearance sale items
• Opened, used, or tampered packaging
• Products without invoice or tags

3. Return Procedure

• Contact customer support with Order ID and issue details
• Wait for return approval and instructions
• Send product as per guidelines

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

5. Online & UPI Refunds

Refunds for UPI and online payments are credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

6. Shipping Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellation is not permitted.
